Where you feel at home the moment you enter, and every detail has been considered. We are Fabienne, Ton, and Kiki Renes; nice to meet you!
What began as a dream to develop a unique destination ourselves became a reality in Vrådal, Norway. With Renesidence Norway, we built two luxury villas in a special location amidst nature. Not just as an investment, but as an experience. Every detail, from layout to interior and from guest travel to service, has been designed with care.
During this process, we discovered how big the difference is between 'renting out' and truly premium hosting. How important positioning, presentation, pricing, and personal attention are. And how much potential often remains untapped with premium holiday homes.
